No movement of vehicles after midnight this includes Golf carts, motorcycles, cars and trucks except in case of emergency.
Car alarms going off in the middle of the night.

While all of my day time experiences were enjoyable, entertaining and at time emotional the nights were a horror.
Remember in the military TAPS was at 2200 and EVERYONE was expect to be quiet in and around the barracks and berthing compartments.
Great place what else can I say if you haven't been here it's somewhere you need to go
To those that were in trailers and motor homes at the campground they may not have been able to hear everything that was going on but those of us that were using tents this noise prevented us from getting much if any sleep. Over the 4 days I probably averaged maybe 3 hours a night. After being kept awake until 4 am on Sunday I finally got up packed my car and left.
I know that this got long but I wanted to convey to you my camping experience at your gathering. I hope that this will lead to some rules changes at your event and that it will grow in the future.
Wonderful area and an experience I suggest to all
With all due Respect.
When we arrived at the campground on Wednesday September 13, 2017 at about 12:30 pm there was a very large motor home and pickup truck occupying our campsite. This situation existed for almost 5 hours before the HCVVO officials remedied this by having us change sites. This wasn't a big a deal as what was to come during the weekend.
Having read the sign up sheet for camping I noticed that the very first thing on it was a statement that anyone needing to run a generator after midnight need to have a campsite either along the corn field at the rear of the grounds or along the road at the front of the grounds. This indicated to me that officials were trying to keep the campground quiet at night. This was far from the case as I found out over the next 4 night. In my opinion the generators were very quiet compared to amount of noise/disturbance that I encountered between the hours of 11:30 pm/2330 and approximately 4 am/0400 every night. The following are some instances of the noise that was being made:
I should have known that the weekend was not going to be as enjoyable as I was expecting based on my initial encounter at the campground.
No loud noises after midnight. This includes talking/yelling/screaming/laughter that can be heard outside of your own camp site.
Because of this I am considering never returning to the event. For not just me but also others to return I am sure that the HCVVO officials need to put into place, strictly monitor and enforce some rules for the campground from midnight/ 0000 to 6 am/0600 at a minimum.
Everyone here are very loving, peaceful place to party and make new friends
Nice memorial. If you are a veteran, don't miss the reunion-a truly awesome time.Welcome home.
Campers partying, yelling, screaming and in a couple of cases verbal arguments. These instances were not in our campsite but across, behind and several campsites away.
Vehicles including Golf Carts, motorcycles, cars and trucks being driven up and down the roads within the camp ground and sometimes a what sounded like high speeds. Sunday night it sounded like they were having Golf cart races around the campground.
