Went to the Howard fair. Always a blast for everyone. Lots of parking. They also rent out specific buildings. I love how many vendors are actually in the air conditioned buildings.
Lots to do and see for people of all ages. Excellent 'Fair Food' , plenty of reasonably priced parking.
Farm life, fun rides, funnel cakes, fudge, 4-H, fair food, pioneer village with barns and cabins, sawmills and antique tractors--the HoCo Fair does it well, year after year.
While a smaller Fairgrounds, It was a Very Nice Venue for the Dog Show. Hope to show at that Dog Show again.
