My elderly parents hired them in April to open, paint and get the pool ready for the 2016 season,,, it is now the end of July and after alot of run around and excuses the pool is still not opened, my 80 year old mother has been so up set, no memorial day pool party no July 4 th pool party, we have missed 5 grandkids birthday parties which the kids always looked forward to swimming and celebrating with family,,, this week with the temperatures in the 90s there is no pool to relax and play in, we have left numerous messages to no avail,,, if you aren't capable of keeping your promises then DON'T make them,, this is un acceptable, and no fair to my mother how's remained loyal for years to this company,, I'm truly disappoint in the treatment my parents have revived,,,
