Just average. Nice people, but they are not reliable and slow communicators. Also, a previous employee promised a discount on the project (bill) but he left the company and then i was stuck with a full bill that they would not honor the discount. I think the "old guard" has left and the new management is not as considerate.
If you need quick, efficient, friendly and quality work Hochstedler is the place to call. I have had to use them twice this winter and each time they were out here within 1 1/2 hrs. (where the other place I called couldn't even guarantee they could make it the same day at all).
They are good people and seem to come to my aid quickly.
Fixed my problem over the phone!!! Could have come out and "fixed" the thermostat, and I would never have known it was the batteries in the thermostat. Kinda impaired as far as home maintenance. I was impressed. Very kind. I would call them anytime. I was delighted when I put the new batteries in and my air conditioner turned on. Very honest people.
Their team is certified and knowledgeable (having family in this industry has helped us become pretty good at knowing the questions to ask). I would recommend Hochstedler to anyone in need of repair/service for their heating/cooling systems. After doing research on Geothermal and after all the problems we have with our current system that came with this house we are definitely considering going the Geothermal route before the tax incentive is taken away!
